Sesame Peanut Sauce for noodles

* was looking for a lighter Peanut Sauce for noodles as others have been very heavy & just not too good. This one is amazing!!! Everyone raved. Nice & light. Tastes great both hot & cold! For the dinner that night I added some thawed frozen broccoli & chicken from the roaster in the fridge.Will use often!

Sesame Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:
2tbs rice vinegar
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c peanut butter
2 tbs grated ginger
1 tbs dark sesame oil
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 c hot water

Whisk all these together in a bowl. Pour over cooked noodles & toss all with 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds & add in veggies and/or meat of your choice & toss once more. Let sit a few minutes to thicken
